Linguistic Miracle
ٱذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ
“"Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed.”
Go to Pharaoh for he has transgressed
Same word as in the last surah, al- Nabaʾ, Ṭāghīn which literally means floodwater that submerges everything inside it. When applied to humans, it refers to a human being who commits all sorts of sins, submerging all good inside him in its darkness and even oppressing others around him. Pharaoh had transgressed all limits set by God and was oppressing people, so Allah sent Moses to him to make him repent.
