Surah At-Tawbah (التوبة) Ayah 10 - Tafsir

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ

"They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors."
