Surah Al-Insan (الإنسان) Ayah 28 - Tafsir

نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَآ أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ أَمْثَٰلَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا

"We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration."
