Surah Al-Mujadila (المجادلة) Ayah 16 - Tafsir

ٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَهُمْ جُنَّةًۭ فَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ مُّهِينٌۭ

"They took their [false] oaths as a cover, so they averted [people] from the way of Allah, and for them is a humiliating punishment."
