إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
"Except those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful."
