Surah Ya-Sin (يس) Ayah 8 - Tafsir

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَٰلًۭا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ

"Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft."
