هَٰذَا بَيَانٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَمَوْعِظَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
"This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah."
