وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
"And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -"
