وَإِذْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْفُرْقَانَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ
"And [recall] when We gave Moses the Scripture and criterion that perhaps you would be guided."
