The scattering and falling of the stars from their orbits is already included in the first verse because stars are part of the heavens. The destruction of the heavens leads to many events, which includes the stars falling from their orbits and scattering apart like little pearls but Allah highlights this specific event because they also metaphorically imply all false religions falling apart and being disproven as we covered in the last surah. The Arabs used the stars constantly for guidance and direction in their travels. It is as if Allah is saying - when your sources of guidance and direction fall apart. When these stars on which you depend for guidance, when the false gods and religions collapse, nowhere to be found nor available to lend you help. This is not to take away from the literal meaning that the stars will in fact scatter away like pearls.
