As for him who came to you with effort
In the last surah, Allah used the same word for Pharaoh as well as for the efforts that men will see on judgment day. Pharaoh turned his back to a prophet of God and strove in the opposite direction. This blind man comes running towards a prophet of God ﷺ and hence, is striving in the correct direction. This is why Allah says next:
