We covered in the previous surah that Rabb is the caretaker, the nurturer and a loving
Master who takes care of his subject. Pharaoh is saying that he is a better guide than Moses to the people. His way of life is what will take care of you, of what will suffice you, not the God of Moses. I will take better care of you and your souls than God and His revelation. We hear this today as well when people call Islam this and that and claim that if you follow it, you lose out and live in misery etc.
Then he said, “I am your Lord, the most high.”
